For agencies and consultancies · early access
The meeting ends.The work begins.
RecapButler listens to your client calls, extracts the decisions, action items and approval status, and touches nothing in your CRM until you approve.
Founding spots go to a first cohort of agencies.

What your butler does
Everything a client relationship produces, in one tray.
The tray
Every suggestion from every call waits as a card. Approve, edit or discard; keyboard-first.

Client approvals
One signed link per recap. Clients approve deliverables without an account.
Client memory
What each client pays attention to, what they ask of you, and how the relationship feels, meeting after meeting.
Language-based signals from what was said. Never voice or face.
Friday digest
One quiet page per client: decisions made, work shipped, approvals still open.
Friday · 10 items queued
MCP-native
Your meeting ledger, queryable by your own AI agents.
connect("recapbutler/mcp")Decisions die in the meeting. Every call produces work: a revised scope, an approval left hanging, a task someone swore to own. By Friday, none of it lives in your CRM.
Listens. Prepares. Writes.
Listens
Works from the transcript of your Google Meet call, captured with the tools you already use. The visible bot, a polite guest with a name and an avatar, is rolling out during early access.
Prepares
Extracts decisions, action items, and where each deliverable stands with your client.
Writes
After your approval, updates your CRM, your task list, and the audit trail.
AI suggests. You approve.
Every suggestion arrives as a card you can approve, edit, or discard. Nothing leaves the tray without your sign-off.
Every write is traceable: who approved it, when, and what it changed.

Built for the client dance.
RecapButler tracks the state your deliverables are actually in, across every meeting.
- Draft presented
- Awaiting approval
- Revision requested
- Approved
You track less. You own more.
Your butler tracks
- Decisions, made in every client call, down to the minute they happened.
- Deliverable states, draft presented, awaiting approval, revision requested, approved.
- Open asks, what each client is actually asking of you, said or between the lines.
- Relationship signals, how each account feels, read from language only.
You own
- An approval tray: nothing is written anywhere until you say so.
- A client memory: attention points and asks that compound meeting after meeting.
- An audit trail: who approved what, when, and what it changed.
- A Friday digest: one page per client, ready to forward.
One page per client, weekly.
A quiet digest of decisions made, work shipped, and approvals still on the table.

Meetings, served.
Your data, served properly.
- Built for GDPR and KVKK, with EU data residency.
- Your conversations are never used to train models.
- Self-hosting for enterprise teams is on the roadmap.
Refined on 322 real meetings.
We built RecapButler inside our own agency, because we kept losing decisions. No logo wall yet: just the mechanism, working.
Questions, answered.
- Does a bot join my calls?
- Not yet. During early access, RecapButler works from transcripts you already have, imported or uploaded. When the bot arrives it will join visibly, with a name and an avatar; we will never record in secret.
- Which platforms are supported?
- Google Meet is first in line; Zoom and Microsoft Teams follow on the roadmap. Today, early access works from the transcripts you already have.
- Where does my data live?
- In the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted. Built for GDPR and KVKK. Self-hosting for Enterprise plans is on the roadmap.
- How is this different from a notetaker?
- Notetakers hand you a transcript. RecapButler hands you the finished follow-through: decisions filed, tasks assigned, CRM updated, each one approved by you.
- What does it cost?
- Free during early access. Founding agencies keep a discount when pricing starts.
Early access is open.
