Billing has not started yet. Founding agencies get 40% off the Agency plan for 12 months, their price after that locked for life, meaning it never rises while their subscription stays active, and a seat on the roadmap council. Twenty spots, counted openly, and when they are gone they are gone.
Every plan starts with a 14-day full-featured trial. No credit card. When the trial ends we do not auto-charge you; we send you an email and you decide.

- Does the trial need a credit card?
- No. Fourteen days, full-featured, no card. When it ends we do not auto-charge you; we email you and you decide.
- What counts as a paid seat?
- Only recorder seats: the people whose meetings RecapButler captures. Approvers and client viewers are always free, in unlimited numbers.
- When does billing start?
- Not yet. We will give every founding agency clear notice before billing begins, and the founding discount applies from that day for 12 months.
- Can I self-host?
- It is on the roadmap for the Enterprise plan. When it ships, you will run RecapButler on your own infrastructure and your transcripts will never leave it.
- What happens to the founding discount later?
- The 40% discount runs for 12 months, and after that your price is locked for life. It will never rise while your subscription stays active.
